It is with great honor that I joined the Rajiv Gandhi University of Science and Technology as Assistant Registrar and Public Relations Officer. RGUST continues to stand as a distinguished institution dedicated to academic excellence, professional integrity, and the advancement of medical and scientific education.
Our mission is not only to provide rigorous training but also to cultivate values of responsibility, compassion, and service. As part of this vision, I am committed to strengthening communication between the University and its stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and promoting the achievements of our students and faculty both locally and internationally.
Medical education has always been guided by wisdom that transcends generations. As Sir William Osler, one of the most influential figures in modern medicine, reminded us: “The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.” This principle reflects the heart of our work at RGUST—training professionals who combine scientific knowledge with humanistic care.
Moving forward, my priorities will include:
